best of fatback band remixbest of fatback band 1Another cover which scores quite highly without the remix, the Best Of The Fatback Band shows us a cute babe who is using her hand to do the job that her panties would more commonly undertake. On the remix little has changed other than that the hands of the babe concerned have moved to her hips, though the lighting does not actually reveal much more than we already knew. And what did we already know? That she's not wearing panties of course. Knickers!

Boogie Down - Blackwell

blackwell boogie down 2blackwell boogie down 1It can be disappointing to stumble across the artwork for an album which really doesn't need remixing, as where's the fun in that. So the cover for Boogie Down by Blackwell, which already features two naked babes, really does not require a remix. That doesn't mean we can't try, and on the remix we have increased the number of babes but otherwise left most things unchanged. Is it better? Who cares - we don't. Triple!

Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps) - David Bowie

david bowie scary monsters remixdavid bowie scary monsters 1Another in this week's series of Halloween remixes by none other than David Bowie. His album Scary Monsters and his single Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps) makes ideal material for a remix, not least because the original cover isn't particularly scary or creepy at all. On the remix, though, we find a babe being chased by all manner of scary creeps and super monsters and as they have been coming for her, it seems she has found that the best way to fend them off is to pull her panties down. Now in most cases, people use garlic and crosses to fend of monsters but if this works, who are we to intervene. Experiment!

10c A Dance - The Flirts

flirts 10c a dance remixflirts 10c a dance 1You don't get much for 10c, but if you ask The Flirts, this is the going rate for a dance with the, or at least it is if the title of their album 1c A Dance is to be believed. On the remix we find a much more realistic situation based on inflation and today's paid dancing sector, as a babe is available to dance for you but clearly at a much higher rate running into several dollars, if not tens of dollars. Maybe $10 a dance is more realistic? Expensive!

Bud, Sweat & Beers - Devlin

devlin bud sweat beers remixdevlin bud sweat beers 1Oh dear, poor Devlin. Whoever it was that he took on to produce the original artwork for his album Blood, Sweat & Beers, clearly had no idea that it might at least be partially helpful if any of those three topics was somehow reflected on the cover, instead of which we just find a picture of Devlin leaning against a wall. On the remix we find a babe who has obviously had far too many beers as she has emptied the plastic bag in front of her and got into such a state that she has taken all her clothes off and is holding her bud. Maybe she is sweating too. Perspire!

Winner In You - Patti Labelle

patti labelle winner in you remixpatti labelle winner in you 1We got a bit confused when remixing Winner In You by Patti Labelle as you will see. On the original album cover artwork is what appears to be a Polaroid picture of Ms Labelle, though whether this is a winner or not is down to your tastes. On the remix we find a babe who thinks she has won something, as you can tell by her thrusting her arms into the air. It seems that not only is the winner in you but that to win she seems to have had to thrust something into her as well. Juxtaposed!

Boys In The Trees - Carly Simon

carly simon boys in the trees remixcarly simon boys in the trees 1There's nothing particularly wrong about the original album cover artwork for Boys In The Trees by Carly Simon, other than the fact that there are no boys and no trees. Instead we find Ms Simon putting on (or maybe taking off) her stockings. On the remix we have done nothing more than modernize this vista by replacing Ms Simon with a different babe who is also in the process of sorting out her stockings. Retro!

Hi-Heel Sneakers - Tommy Tucker

Tommy Tucker sings about Hi-Heel Sneakers on his single and album both of the same name. To give credit where it is due, on the original cover artwork, Mr Tucker is dancing with a babe who appears to be wearing some sneakers with a high heel. We are not sure if these were a thing in 1964 or whether he made the whole thing up. In the 2010's however, there are high heel sneakers and thus on the two remixes, we find different babes wearing the aforementioned sneakers with a heel. Well to be truthful, the first babe is not wearing sneakers in the traditional sense but we very much thought her shoes looked a lot like high heel sneakers. In the second remix the babe is definitely wearing sneakers with a bit of a heel on them, but, it would seem, very little else. Trainers!

Back In The High Life - Steve Winwood

steve winwood back in the high life 2steve winwood back in the high life 1Back In The High Life by Steve Winwood was both a single and an album and continues our theme of flying. On the original cover we find Mr Winwood smiling at something, though the picture is so blurry, it's not evident what that something might be. The remix may answer the question, as we find that the pilot of the plane that is taking Mr Winwood to the high life is really hot and is not wearing a traditional pilot's uniform but far far less. Runway!

Power Of A Woman - Eternal

eternal power of a woman 2eternal power of a woman 1Eternal sing sweetly for us about the Power Of A Woman as the sit sweetly in sepia-toned silence. Now this may be a powerful picture to some people, but we prefer our power more obvious and so on the remix we have replaced the girl band with a woman whose power is so strong, she is connected up to the electricity grid. Whether she is consuming or supplying the power is, somehow, irrelevant and so the only question remains as to how many Volts she could generate. High Energy!
