first choice let no man put asunder remixfirst choice let no man put asunder 1What a cute play on words. When First Choice sing Let No Man Put Asunder, they could equally be singing Let No Man Put Us Under. See what they did there? Well let's see what we did on the remix as we replaced the skin-tight leotard wearing band members with a wedding which doesn't look like it's going to get off to a non asundering start, what with the bride and her maids showing where they have already been asundered. Under!

suzi quatro devil gate drive remixsuzi quatro devil gate drive 1As the devilish day approaches, we continue our series of Halloween remixes with Devil Gate Drive by Suzi Quatro. On the original cover we find Ms Quatro standing on top of three folk who seem to be clawing at here. But where is the gate? It's on the remix of course, where a mature babe has found the gate concerned where the devil has already begun to have his way with her by making all her clothes fall off. Well, all except her high heels for some reason. Cast!

selecter on my radio 1selecter on my radio 2selecter on my radio remix
A triple-play from The Selecter as we remix their 70's ska classic, On My Radio. On the original cover we find the band members in their two-tone outfits singing on a stage. Maybe this is being broadcast on the radio, maybe it isn't. On the first remix we find a babe who may be broadcasting on the radio, there's certainly the right amount of faders in front of her. On the final remix we find two babes being interviewed on Howard Stone's radio program, so definitely on the radio. Transmit!

Gimme Dat Banana - Black Gorilla

black gorilla gimme dat banana 2black gorilla gimme dat banana 1Gimme dat, gimme dat, Gimme Dat Banana, sings the jungle-worthy Black Gorilla. Actually, we give the band the thumbs up for the original cover which shows a black gorilla swiping a banana from a cheeky monkey. The remix takes a slightly different tack as one babe asks the other to give her a banana but her friend (we assume they are known to each other), gives it her in a way she was perhaps not expecting, but then again she doesn't seem to unhappy with where it has been given to her. Musa!

peters and lee welcome home remixpeters and lee welcome home 1This song by Peters & Lee is meant to greet us with a Welcome Home. On the original single front cover artwork the two band members are hugging and although this is quite welcoming, there's no home. On the remix, a woman is standing by the front door of her house waiting to welcome home her man in a most welcoming fashion, which is to say naked other than some stockings. Greetings!

Whisky In The Jar - Thin Lizzy

thin lizzy whisky in the jar remixxthin lizzy whisky in the jar 1Yesterday we remixed a single by Philip Lynott the guitarist and lead singer of Thin Lizzy and today it is the turn of the band themselves and their song Whisky In The Jar (note there is no 'e' in Whisky as they are obviously drinking Scotch, not Irish Whiskey, which is odd given the heritage of the band). Anyway, on the original cover we find the band members staring out at us from under their 70's mustaches and frizzy hair cuts. On the remix (one of our rare 'XXX-Rated Remixes') we find a babe who has put a bottle of whiskey in her jar (well that's one name for it anyway). Slurp!

Have You Seen Her - Chi-Lites

chi lites have you seen her remixchi lites have you seen her 1Today The Chi-Lites ask us the question Have You Seen Her? Equally we could as the question, has she seen you? How do we know we could ask this question. Because on the remixed single cover artwork we find a babe who is clearly looking for something or someone and could well be the lost babe that the band are searching for. Maybe if they had gone looking rather than standing for a picture of themselves with their instruments they may have had more luck locating her. Discovery!

suzi quatro tear me apart remixxsuzi quatro tear me apart 1One in our rare and occasional series of X-rated remixes that we call remi-XXX-es. On the original single cover artwork for Tear Me Apart by Suzi Quatro, we find her screeching into a microphone whilst holding an electric guitar. Why this would tear anyone apart is unclear. On the remix we find a babe who is literally tearing herself apart by spreading herself so widely that a few more inches and she would break into two distinct yet symmetric pieces. Probably!

awb queen of my soul remixawb queen of my soul 1Another remix for the Average White Band, this time for their single Queen Of My Soul. On the original single cover artwork, we can see the band members looking at something, but what it is that they are smiling at. On the remix we see the object of their attention, it is, of course, the queen of their souls who has a fancy tiara and necklace but other than those and her gloves, has forgotten her other regal regalia. Ballgown!

Dr Love - Tina Charles

tina charles dr love remixtina charles dr love 1Feeling unwell in the love department? At a loss how to cure a broken heart? You need the services of Dr Love (or at least that is what Tina Charles should have sung). The question is whether Ms Charles appears in one of these predicaments on the cover of her single. Perhaps she does as she is looking a little forlorn. On the remix we find Dr Love in action, using his advanced medical skills to try and cure a babe of her illness. That, or he's just an old lech. Cure!
