Cover Artwork Remix of Police Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic Original Cover Artwork of Police Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic In the run-up to Halloween, we thought we at AllBum.Art should provide a few remixes of the cover artwork of some Halloween Hits. We're beginning gently with this remix of a song by The Police of their song Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic. The original cover is a little mystical, perhaps. In the remix we see the magician who is casting her spells on the band. Is it any wonder that they were so entranced by her that they felt the need to write a song about it? Abracadabra!

Cover Artwork Remix of Rem Nightswimming Original Cover Artwork of Rem Nightswimming There is so little to say about Nightswimming by R.E.M. that instead of describe the flaws of the original cover and the oh, so, obvious replacement that is on the remix, we are just going to hum along with the song whilst it plays in the background. Mmmmm mmmm mmmmmm mm mm mmmmm mmm mmmmm mmm mmmm mmmmmm mmm mm mmmmm mmmm mmm mm mmmm mmmm m mmmmm m m mmmm la-la mmmmmm mmm m m mm mmmm. Tuneful!

In The Midnight Hour - Wilson Pickett

Cover Artwork Remix of Wilson Pickett Midnight Hour Original Cover Artwork of Wilson Pickett Midnight Hour A 1960s soul classic remix from Wilson Pickett. The original cover of In The Midnight Hour shows Mr Pickett singing into his microphone but no indication of where he is or how late in the day it it. The remix resolves this anomaly by using a wider view to show that Mr Pickett is standing in a street with a girl standing in front of him (to who is is singing). How do we know it is midnight? Because the girl is wearing nothing more than a see-through t-shirt and you don't wear those in broad daylight (not even broads do that!)

Cover Artwork Remix of Duran Duran View To Kill Original Cover Artwork of Duran Duran View To Kill A View To A Kill was a hit in 1985 for Duran Duran as the theme tune to the James Bond movie of the same name. This remix is sent in by Tony Key of England who has provided us with a whole week of Duran Duran remixes. The original cover is Bond themed, as we look down the barrel of a gun at Mr Bond himself. The remix shows a different kind of view, and one that even Mr Bond might be willing to kill for!

Cover Artwork Remix of Boris Pickett Monster Mash Original Cover Artwork of Boris Pickett Monster Mash As it's Halloween, we're dishing up a double daily dose of dastardly deeds. In this case, a remix of the 1962 single from Bobby (Boris) Pickett And The Crypt Kickers. This song is forever on the radio at this time of the year, despite being over 50 years old. The Monster Mash is about a party for ghouls. The cover seems to show one guy on his way to the party. The remix shows the ghastly goings-on at the party itself!

Cover Artwork Remix of Rockwell Watching Me Original Cover Artwork of Rockwell Watching Me As it's Halloween, time for something appropriate to the date (or inappropriate as the case may be). The cover for the 1984 single Somebody's Watching Me from Rockwell has as couple of eyes peering out of the corner but no indication of what it is that they are watching. Spooky as it may seem, it looks like what Rockwell was looking at was some naked chick in a Halloween outfit!

Cover Artwork Remix of Kanye West Devil Dress Original Cover Artwork of Kanye West Devil Dress Devil In A New Dress was a 2010 single by rapper Kanye West, word. Some credit is due to Mr West for the original single which features, in the background, some chick wearing stockings and suspenders. Sadly the contrast is reduced to next to nothing so we can't see here that well. Crank up the contrast, move the title out of the way, and lo and behold, there is a devil who is wearing next to nothing. Word.

Love Song For A Vampire - Annie Lennox

Cover Artwork Remix of Annie Lennox Love Song Vampire Original Cover Artwork of Annie Lennox Love Song Vampire Love Song For A Vampire was written by Annie Lennox (better known as the lead singer of electropopsters Eurythmics for the film Dracula. To be fair, the cover does a reasonable job, showing, as it does, Ms Lennox in vampy make-up. We thought we could do better though and have replaced Ms Lennox with a modern take on Lucy Westenra. Don't know who she is? Time to brush up on your classic literature!

Cover Artwork Remix of Ne Yo Beautiful Monster Original Cover Artwork of Ne Yo Beautiful Monster The only thing that can be deduced from the cover of Ne-Yo's 2010 single Beautiful Monster is that Mr Smith (a.k.a. Ne-Yo) believes that it is more important to see his pouting face on the cover of the single than a close up of the monster about which he is singing. Thankfully, we have managed to get hold of a close-up of the particular monster about who Mr Smith is singing and remixed the cover for you. Unfortunately we have had to lose the image of Mr Smith himself, but this is an acceptable collateral loss.

Fallen Angel - Elbow

Cover Artwork Remix of Elbow Fallen Angel Original Cover Artwork of Elbow Fallen Angel Are we gettin' a bit obscure on you? There's good reason though. Fallen Angel is a song by obscure British band Elbow. It charted at number 844 and rose stratospherically to reach number 841 in the English Hot 100. Yeah! Why is it here, just because the remix couldn't have a better title than Fallen Angel, that fact is in no way obscure, though oddly, the location of the title has obscured certain parts of the angel. Perhaps there is still a short way to fall. This way please...
