Cover Artwork Remix of Rem Orange Crush Original Cover Artwork of Rem Orange Crush R.E.M. are regaling us again with their melancholy tones. However, the original single cover artwork for Orange Crush does not provide us with any clue as to what is orange and what is being crushed, whatsoever. On the remix we find a babe dress in orange stockings holding a fierce looking whip. We sense that she could crush anyone quite easily by whacking them, or maybe just walking all over them in her high heels. Mandarin!

Beachball - Nalin And Kane

Cover Artwork Remix of Nalin And Kane Beachball Original Cover Artwork of Nalin And Kane Beachball It may seem a little late in the year to be adding to our summer sizzlers collection but it is still summer (in the Northern hemisphere) and though the days are getting shorter, they are still warm and comforting. So to business... The original single cover artwork for Beachball by Nalin And Kane has a great big ball pictured on a beach. Perfect. Well almost. The remix creates perfection by the addition of a babe leaning against the beach wall waiting for someone to join her for some kind of ball game. What kind of ball game did you have in mind? Sandy!

Queen Of My Soul - Average White Band

Cover Artwork Remix of Awb Queen Of My Soul Original Cover Artwork of Awb Queen Of My Soul Another remix for the Average White Band, this time for their single Queen Of My Soul. On the original single cover artwork, we can see the band members looking at something, but what it is that they are smiling at. On the remix we see the object of their attention, it is, of course, the queen of their souls who has a fancy tiara and necklace but other than those and her gloves, has forgotten her other regal regalia. Ballgown!

Dreaming - Glen Goldsmith

Cover Artwork Remix of Glen Goldsmith Dreaming Original Cover Artwork of Glen Goldsmith Dreaming It may well be the case that Glen Goldsmith is (or was) in a dreamy mood when he posed for the picture on the original single cover artwork of Dreaming, but it's not that apparent from his gaze. On the remix we find a babe lounging on a chair, eyes closed, feet in the air, and as far as we can tell she is dreamy, or dreaming, or even day-dreaming. In the end it probably doesn't matter as she could be the subject of many dreams, dry or wet. Sleepy!

Run To You - Whitney Houston

Cover Artwork Remix of Whitney Houston Run To You Original Cover Artwork of Whitney Houston Run To You When Whitney Houston sings that she should Run To You, you might expect more from the original single cover artwork than a picture of Ms Houston, no matter how melancholy she is looking. What you might expect is a picture of a babe running towards you. So it's handy that on the remix, this is what you have. Why the babe is wearing little more than a pair of sneakers is a question that, to be realistic, no one is really asking. Jog!

Boys In The Trees - Carly Simon

Cover Artwork Remix of Carly Simon Boys In The Trees Original Cover Artwork of Carly Simon Boys In The Trees There's nothing particularly wrong about the original album cover artwork for Boys In The Trees by Carly Simon, other than the fact that there are no boys and no trees. Instead we find Ms Simon putting on (or maybe taking off) her stockings. On the remix we have done nothing more than modernize this vista by replacing Ms Simon with a different babe who is also in the process of sorting out her stockings. Retro!

Serious - Pop

Cover Artwork Remix of Pop Serious Original Cover Artwork of Pop Serious The thing about the original single cover artwork for Serious by Pop is that the band (all four of them) don't look very serious. Instead they seem to be enjoying standing around on a sunny beach in their swimsuits. On the remix are four babes who look very serious even though they too appear to be on a beach. Which is a shame, as they would probably have plenty of fun on a beach dressed, as they are, in nothing. Somber.

Dr Love - Tina Charles

Cover Artwork Remix of Tina Charles Dr Love Original Cover Artwork of Tina Charles Dr Love Feeling unwell in the love department? At a loss how to cure a broken heart? You need the services of Dr Love (or at least that is what Tina Charles should have sung). The question is whether Ms Charles appears in one of these predicaments on the cover of her single. Perhaps she does as she is looking a little forlorn. On the remix we find Dr Love in action, using his advanced medical skills to try and cure a babe of her illness. That, or he's just an old lech. Cure!

Can You Handle It - Sharon Redd

Cover Artwork Remix of Sharon Redd Can You Handle It Original Cover Artwork of Sharon Redd Can You Handle It Some songs beg a good remix purely for asking questions that are then not fully answered by the cover of the single, and this is one of those. The cover for Can You Handle It by Sharon Redd shows Ms Redd, but fails to address the question of what it is that we have to determine can, or can not, be handled. The remix shows a brunette asking (you can tell she is puzzled through the look in her eyes), a blonde, whether she can handle it. It seems the blonde herself has a lot to handle but the brunette has even more. Question!

Love Is A Stranger - Eurythmics

Cover Artwork Remix of Eurythmics Love Is A Stranger Original Cover Artwork of Eurythmics Love Is A Stranger We have taken a little poetic license in producing the remix of Love Is A Stranger by the Eurythmics. In replacing the two weird looking singers of the band, we have used an image that would more accurately fit if the title was 'love is stranger', as we find a babe whose boobs appear constricted, wearing shoes with such a high heel that she couldn't possibly walk any distance in them, having her leg examined by a guy in a black mask. Stranger!
