Cover Artwork Remix of Janis Joplin Mercedes Benz Original Cover Artwork of Janis Joplin Mercedes Benz An odd topic for a song, maybe? Janis Joplin sings to us about her Mercedes Benz. But does the cover of her single show the aforementioned automobile? No. It does show Ms Joplin, of that we can be sure. But Lord, won't you show me a Mercedes Benz? Your wish is our command and on the remix you can see an automobile that is clearly manufactured by the correct car manufacturer. You did spot that right? After you finished looking at the hot babe sprawled on the hood. Bonnet!

Street Angel - Stevie Nicks

Cover Artwork Remix of Stevie Nicks Street Angel Original Cover Artwork of Stevie Nicks Street Angel Continuing the 'street' theme for a short while, here's a remix of Stevie Nicks' 1994 album Street Angel. On the original album cover we find Ms Nicks wrapped in a beige colored cloth. On the remix we see a babe dressed in what might be called an angel outfit, or then again might not. But at least she is standing on a street, so that element of the picture is correct. She's also wearing what the best cherubs often wear - nothing much - nothing much at all. Tramlines!

Street Songs - Rick James

Cover Artwork Remix of Rick James Street Songs Original Cover Artwork of Rick James Street Songs If there's one thing we particularly enjoy remixing here at AllBum.Art, it's albums or singles with the word 'street' in their title. Why? Because it gives us the opportunity to use a picture from one of our favorite topics, naked babes walking down streets. Don't ask why this is such a fixation with us, just enjoy this remix of Street Songs by Rick James in which the original cover has been replaced by a nearly naked babe on a street. Obvious!

(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher And Higher - Jackie Wilson

Cover Artwork Remix of Jackie Wilson Higher And Higher Original Cover Artwork of Jackie Wilson Higher And Higher Jackie Wilson tells us, in this classic 60s song, that Your Love Keeps Lifting Me Higher And Higher. All well and good there Mr Wilson, but just what aspect of the original cover of your single shows us how high this love is lifting you. Is it the sky in the background, or your hand pointing nonchalantly upwards. Either way, the remix does a better job and we see that it is a babe who is doing the lifting, going higher and higher up a ladder. And not one in her stockings either. Rung!

Catch - Kosheen

Cover Artwork Remix of Kosheen Catch Original Cover Artwork of Kosheen Catch We like the idea used by the designer of the original cover of the single Catch by Kosheen, that being a wild animal who it could be imagined could be caught by some wild poacher with a big shot gun. The remix is far more subtle, but equally catchy. In the place of the wild animal awaiting to be caught, we have a wild babe who has already done some catching and is walking out of the sea with her catch. And juicy and fulsome it looks too. And the fish. Flap!

Private Dancer - Tina Turner

Cover Artwork Remix of Tina Turner Private Dancer Original Cover Artwork of Tina Turner Private Dancer Who could forget the song, Private Dancer, by Tina Turner. It includes the line, "I'm your private dancer, dancer for money, do what you want me to to". In today's parlance, this would inevitably refer to the ladies of the pole, the dancers of the mast, the groovers of the stick. On the original cover we see Ms Turner sitting in a chair but, and here's the amazing bit, she is not dancing! In the remix we see a lady of the pole, dancing for money. And doing pretty much what you would expect her to do for the price. Ching!

Holiday - Madonna

Cover Artwork Remix of Madonna Holiday Original Cover Artwork of Madonna Holiday The end of the summer is nearly upon us, but what better time to brighten the lengthening days with a holiday song by Madonna. And what holiday song is it? Why none other than Holiday! The original cover shows a couple heading off on their vacation by train, the Golden Arrow steam train no less. The remix shows a babe who is also off on her vacation as she is carrying her suitcase. But it looks like whoever it was that is going to take her away is yet to arrive, because she is waiting by the side of the road. Why she should do this naked is a question that is worth thinking about. Ponder!

Cover Artwork Remix of Sisters Of Mercy Lucretia My Reflection Original Cover Artwork of Sisters Of Mercy Lucretia My Reflection Goth time, here at AllBum.Art. And a goth classic from the Sisters Of Mercy, in the form of their dark, melancholy single Lucretia My Reflection. But lo!, where is this Lucretia you mention, and what is special about her reflection? On the original cover, none of these questions are answered as we just see a picture of the band members in moody blue. On the remix we see a babe who could well be called Lucretia. Either way, she looks very goth, and we can see her reflection. Solved!

The Runner - The Three Degrees

Cover Artwork Remix of Three Degrees The Runner Original Cover Artwork of Three Degrees The Runner We seem to be having a bit of a run on disco hits this week. The Runner by The Three Degrees ably trots into this category. On the original cover we see the band members wearing the 1970s equivalent of a jump suit, perfect for running. Unless the weather is really hot, in which case what is better for running is a piece of sheer, see-through material which is what the runner in the remix of the single cover has chosen to wear. Jog!

It Seems To Hang On - Ashford & Simpson

Cover Artwork Remix of Ashford Simpson It Seems To Hang On Original Cover Artwork of Ashford Simpson It Seems To Hang On Continuing the disco theme, we find the cover and the remix for this somewhat obscure 1970s track from Ashford & Simpson. The original cover of It Seems To Hang On shows what we can only presume to be the band members and unless one of them is in some way hanging from the ceiling, there is not much hanging going on. In the remix we see a babe sitting on a precarious looking hammock swing and it seems to be hanging on OK. Bump!
