Cover Artwork Remix of Ashford Simpson It Seems To Hang On Original Cover Artwork of Ashford Simpson It Seems To Hang On Continuing the disco theme, we find the cover and the remix for this somewhat obscure 1970s track from Ashford & Simpson. The original cover of It Seems To Hang On shows what we can only presume to be the band members and unless one of them is in some way hanging from the ceiling, there is not much hanging going on. In the remix we see a babe sitting on a precarious looking hammock swing and it seems to be hanging on OK. Bump!

I Can Make You Feel Good - Shalamar

Cover Artwork Remix of Shalamar I Can Make You Feel Good Original Cover Artwork of Shalamar I Can Make You Feel Good It is always worth asking the question of any song, what is it that you can do for me? In this case, Shalamar tell us that I Can Make You Feel Good. And whilst their upbeat 1980s disco sound will certainly make anyone feel groovy, it is not altogether clear what it is they could do that would make you feel that good. On the remix, we see two girls and one is having a good try at making the other feel good. In the process, they are making many hot blooded males feel something too... upload!

Fancy Pants - Kenny

Cover Artwork Remix of Kenny Fancy Pants Original Cover Artwork of Kenny Fancy Pants This entry comes to us via the auspices of Ken Crescendo of Barnsley, England. Ken tells us that in England, the word 'pants' has a different meaning to in the USA, being the undergarment rather that the overgarment. We get what you're saying Ken, and thanks for this remix of Fancy Pants by Kenny. On the original is, nothing, just the title and the artist. On the remix we see a babe in a kitchen wearing what the English would no doubt refer to as fancy pants. Fancy that!

Light My Fire - Amii Stewart

Cover Artwork Remix of Amii Stewart Light My Fire Original Cover Artwork of Amii Stewart Light My Fire A disco classic, Amii Stewart is asking us to Light My Fire. And we give a big thumbs up to the original cover which shows Ms Stewart smouldering against a smokey backdrop. We can imagine her catching fire quite easily. The remix, then, is a bit of a let down as Ms Stewart has been replaced by a babe who seems more than capable of lighting her own fire though at the same time, it is clear that she is capable of lighting many a fire that does not involve flames but is still smoking hot. Singe!

When You Walk In The Room - Status Quo

Cover Artwork Remix of Status Quo When You Walk In The Room Original Cover Artwork of Status Quo When You Walk In The Room It seems that songs by Status Quo are hand made for remixing. The original cover of When You Walk In The Room shows a babe standing outside a room where the band are playing with their instruments. The babe is wearing heels. The remix does nothing other than change the perspective so that instead of just seeing the high heels that the babe is wearing, we can see the rest of her outfit. Or in this case, the lack of the rest of her outfit. Enter!

Cover Artwork Remix of Christians When The Fingers Point Original Cover Artwork of Christians When The Fingers Point When The Fingers Point by The Christians. Let's take a moment to consider how well the original cover of this single scores. Does it contain a picture of the band? Yes. Are they pointing? No. With their fingers? No. So overall, not that well then. Thank goodness that there is a remix to hand. How does this score? Does it contain a picture of the band? No. Is someone pointing? Yes. With their fingers? Yes. Oh, and to add an extra bonus point, she is a hot, inviting babe too. RSVP!

Marlene On The Wall - Suzanne Vega

Cover Artwork Remix of Suzanne Vega Marlene On The Wall Original Cover Artwork of Suzanne Vega Marlene On The Wall Suzanne Vega sings of Marlene On The Wall. Sings is what she does, but the cover of her single adds no additional color to the scene she is describing. Where is Marlene and what is this wall that she is on? Thankfully the remix assists with answering some of these questions. Marlene appears to be a young girl wearing naught but a pair of high heels and some panties. And it seems that she is on the wall because for some reason that is where she has chosen to sit. Perhaps she finds it comfortable. We would love to ask her. Query!

Sunshine, Lollipops And Rainbows - Lesley Gore

Cover Artwork Remix of Lesley Gore Sunshine Lollipops And Rainbows Original Cover Artwork of Lesley Gore Sunshine Lollipops And Rainbows Sunshine, Lollipops And Rainbows are things that remind you of what? For us it is time for a remix of this classic song by Lesley Gore. The original cover shows Ms Gore smiling but there are no rainbows, and no lollipops and though the sun may be shining, it is not totally evident. The remix replaces Ms Gore with a different babe. Behind her the sun is shining. She is licking a lollipop. And the lollipop is rainbow colored. Tick!

A New Kind Of Man - John Foxx

Cover Artwork Remix of John Foxx New Kind Of Man Original Cover Artwork of John Foxx New Kind Of Man An XXX-remix for John Foxx (is that enough X's?) and his single A New Kind Of Man. According to the original front cover artwork, a new kind of man is represented by a regular man, in a shirt and tie, putting his hand near a large bright rectangle. On the remix, we see an alternative take on a new kind of man, that being one who wears make-up a bikini and high heels. Just for good measure, there are 5 new men, or she-men as you might call them, though plenty of other names spring to mind. Other things appear to spring too. Erect!

Video Killed The Radio Star - Buggles

Cover Artwork Remix of Buggles Video Killed The Radio Star Original Cover Artwork of Buggles Video Killed The Radio Star Video Killed The Radio Star. Kind of ironic really when you think how the likes of MTV have helped keep pop music alive. But back in 1979, Buggles thought that the days of the disc jockey were doomed. So time then, for the remix, and what would you know it, radio has got its own back and seems to have ensnared a babe who was watching some video. Why she should be watching the video in naught but her high heels is not a question that really needs and answer, is it? NTSC!
