Cover Artwork Remix of Black Lace Agadoo Original Cover Artwork of Black Lace Agadoo Agadoo doo doo, push pineapple, shake the tree. Now come on, Black Lace, what exactly were you on when you put the lyrics for this song together? It certainly wasn't just pineapple juice. For the remix, and as we have absolutely no idea whatsoever what an agadoo is, we have instead focused on the black lace and replaced the original picture of the two wet gits with their curly girly hair with two hot babes wearing black lace. Fitting!

Drowning In Berlin - Mobiles

Cover Artwork Remix of Mobiles Drowning In Berlin [Original Cover Artwork of Mobiles Drowning In Berlin One of those 1980's over romantic new glamorous type affairs here for Mobiles and their single Drowning In Berlin. The thing is, on the cover, there isn't so much as a drop of water in which to drown (though there are lots of overly wet people). On the remix there is just the one babe who has been caught in the rain and who is going to get very wet even under her umbrella (ella, ey, ey, ey). Is she in Berlin? That is for you to work out. Wall!

99 Red Balloons - Nena

Cover Artwork Remix of Nena 99 Red Balloons Original Cover Artwork of Nena 99 Red Balloons We are approaching the end of the runway, or more specifically our rather lengthy season of flying themed remixes. And how do you know this? Well we've been reduced to remixing songs with balloons in their title, such as 99 Red Balloons by Nena. This was a massive hit all over Europe in the 1980s but the original cover lacks not 99 balloons but any at all. The remix still doesn't have 99 red balloons but it does have 15 of them which is a large improvement. Helium!

Back In The High Life - Steve Winwood

Cover Artwork Remix of Steve Winwood Back In The High Life Original Cover Artwork of Steve Winwood Back In The High Life Back In The High Life by Steve Winwood was both a single and an album and continues our theme of flying. On the original cover we find Mr Winwood smiling at something, though the picture is so blurry, it's not evident what that something might be. The remix may answer the question, as we find that the pilot of the plane that is taking Mr Winwood to the high life is really hot and is not wearing a traditional pilot's uniform but far far less. Runway!

Crash - Primitives

Cover Artwork Remix of Primitives Crash Original Cover Artwork of Primitives Crash Whilst we're still on the subject of flying, here's a cautionary tale. Not all flights end up with a happy landing, and here we find Crash by the Primitives. The original cover doesn't show us anything to indicate what has crashed or where, but the remix solves this problem as we find a babe standing in front of a downed aircraft that has presumably crashed. A cautionary tale indeed... always listen to the air hostess when she gives the safety briefing. Here, here and here!

You Take Me Up - Thompson Twins

Cover Artwork Remix of Thompson Twins You Take Me Up Original Cover Artwork of Thompson Twins You Take Me Up Yes, we're still in the midst of a set of remixes concerning flying with this remix of You Take Me Up by the Thompson Twins (all three of them). On the original cover all we can see as a tambourine. It is being held high but does it really take you up. On the remix we find a babe in an elevator, which, as long as it is functioning correctly will take you up, as well as down. OK, so it's not a plan, but going up is what aircraft do. As for going down...

Learning To Fly - Pink Floyd

Cover Artwork Remix of Pink Floyd Learning To Fly Original Cover Artwork of Pink Floyd Learning To Fly We continue our summer season of flying-based remixes with Learning To Fly by Pink Floyd. Just what the band were thinking when putting together the cover for their single is unknown, but it seems that wearing carpet slippers made of grass is somehow connected with flying. Not for us. Instead we find a hot babe standing by a helicopter, but whatever lesson she is supposed to be having, seems to be less about flying and more about stripping. Shame? Not really.

Blue Jean - David Bowie

Cover Artwork Remix of David Bowie Blue Jean Original Cover Artwork of David Bowie Blue Jean David Bowie is a regular source of remixes here at AllBum.Art so finding Blue Jean here is no real surprise. What is surprising is that the original cover, though very blue, does not introduce us to Jean, whoever she may be. On the remix we find a babe who may, or may not, be called Jean. But she is wearing denim. Whether she is wearing blue jeans is less clear but does that part of the story matter so much? Indigo!

The Sun Goes Down (Living It Up) - Level 42

Cover Artwork Remix of Level 42 Sun Goes Down Original Cover Artwork of Level 42 Sun Goes Down As The Sun Goes Down, Level 42 entice us to buy their song by putting a badly drawn, 2-dimensional representation of some steps on the cover of their single. Now if you are going to live it up after sunset, or at least during sunset as the sun goes down, it would be helpful to have a party babe to do it with and that is exactly what the remix depicts. A babe, ready to live it us, as the sun goes down. Just what were Level 42 thinking in the first place? Uppy-downy!

Oops Upside Your Head - The Gap Band

Cover Artwork Remix of Gap Band Oops Upside Your Head Original Cover Artwork of Gap Band Oops Upside Your Head There is a tradition, in some circles, to dance to Oops Upside Your Head by The Gap Band by sitting down on the floor, one person behind another, and then flailing your arms around in time to the music whilst rocking backwards and forwards (no, trust us, there really is). We could not find a suitable picture of this dance, but we could find an unsuitable one of not quite doing the dance. Sadly, this forces the remix into the category of XXX-rated remi-XXX-es so there is a downside to the upside, or at least a back-side to it. Side!
