Cover Artwork Remix of Eagles Life In The Fast Lane Original Cover Artwork of Eagles Life In The Fast Lane Life In The Fast Lane... hot babes, fast cars, dangerous driving? No. Apparently not. According to this week's featured band Eagles, it's about sitting around looking somewhat bored with life. How dreary. The remix however, has hot babes and fast cars. How's about the dangerous driving? With that babe in your car, we fail to see how you could drive safely. Distracted!

Take It To The Limit- Eagles

Cover Artwork Remix of Eagles Take It To The Limit Original Cover Artwork of Eagles Take It To The Limit The fourth in this week's remixes of Eagles remixes. And would you know it, the band have almost completely and utterly replicated the cover of Lyin' Eyes to a tee, with a picture of the band, and the same font and layout, albeit in a different color scheme. And so we have replicated the concept for the remix and replaced the band with a babe who is taking it to the limit, to the limit of what is comfortable, and the limit of painfulness. Ouch!

Lyin' Eyes - Eagles

Cover Artwork Remix of Eagles Lyin Eyes Original Cover Artwork of Eagles Lyin Eyes The second in our week-long set of remixes of cover artwork by the Eagles. Today it is that classic song Lyin' Eyes. Now it's OK that a band put a picture of themselves on the cover of their singles, indeed that is commended. But it would help if they did something also related to the song. In order to fix that, we have replaced the band with a babe whose eyes are saying something. Are they lyin' or tellin' the truth? It's difficult to tell and that, in itself, is a lie. Or is it? Truth!

Music - John Miles

Cover Artwork Remix of John Miles Music Original Cover Artwork of John Miles Music Music was my first love, or at least that is what John Miles tells us in the 1970s classic anthem. But what is it that Mr Miles is holding on the cover of the original single? Is it a musical instrument or a shotgun? It is not clear at all. The remix takes us back to our first love, music, played on an instrument, by a cute babe. And one that is not wearing any clothes to speak (or to sing) of. Now that would be worth loving. Amour!

Mama's Pearl - The Jackson 5

Cover Artwork Remix of Jackson 5 Mamas Pearl Original Cover Artwork of Jackson 5 Mamas Pearl Some bands make so little effort with the covers of their songs and the original cover of Mama's Pearl by The Jackson 5 is one of these. Why the band had so little imagination other than to use a plain red cover is anyone's guess. Well it was, until we carefully removed the red covering to reveal the picture underneath. Now it's clear why they painted over the picture of mama with her pearls in red paint. She seems to think that wearing pearls, and nothing but pearls, is a good idea. Oh, mama!

Automatic Lover - Dee D Jackson

Cover Artwork Remix of Dee D Jackson Automatic Lover Original Cover Artwork of Dee D Jackson Automatic Lover This is a particularly nice remix and it was sent to us by someone who identified themselves only as 'the Quiller'. The original cover of Automatic Lover by Dee D Jackson sees Ms Jackson attempting to look like some kind of futuristic space age babe by wearing a shiny aqua colored lycra bodysuit. The remix has a more updated looking futuristic space age babe. But is she an automatic lover, or just one on autodrive. Does it matter? Quill!

Teenage Kicks - The Undertones

Cover Artwork Remix of The Undertones Teenage Kicks Original Cover Artwork of The Undertones Teenage Kicks It seems quite likely that when preparing the artwork for their single Teenage Kicks, that The Undertones had run out of money. Has there ever been a less inspiring piece of cover art? At least it contains the name of the band and the title of the song. But where is a picture of the band, or of some image that appertains to teenagers getting their kicks? On the remix, that's where. Boot!

Street Player - Chicago

Cover Artwork Remix of Chicago Street Player Original Cover Artwork of Chicago Street Player Chicago can get very cold in the winter. Why do we say that? Well because it kind of explains the remix of Street Player by Chicago. The original cover sees the band smiling and looking very chic in a 1970s kind of way. The remixed cover shows a babe who is clearly very adept at playing the street and given how cold it is outside, then this must be Chicago in the winter. You see, it all makes some kind of sense now. Doubtful!

Forever Autumn - Vigrass And Osborne

Cover Artwork Remix of Vigrass Osborne Forever Autumn Original Cover Artwork of Vigrass Osborne Forever Autumn Hmmm... So I've heard the title of the song, Forever Autumn, somewhere, but I don't remember Vigrass and Osborne. Yeah, that's what we thought too. Forever Autumn is a song from the musical War Of The Worlds, which is more closely associated with Justin Heyward. But no, the original was sung by obscure duo Paul and Gary. The original cover shows the duo looking melancholy and musical in a 1970s kind of way. The remix shows... well, look closely and work it out for yourself. Autumnal!

Spring Rain - Silvetti

Cover Artwork Remix of Silvetti Spring Rain Original Cover Artwork of Silvetti Spring Rain Spring Rain (or Lluvia De Primavera as it was originally known) was a 1977 hit for Bebu Silvetti (or Silvetti for short). We tell you this as this is one of those tracks that is so obscure that you might think we had made it up otherwise just so that we could remix it. The original cover shows a babe, in the rain, holding an umbrella and little else. The remix shows the same thing, except this time the babe is holding an umbrella and wearing little else. Brolly!
