Big Fun - Inner City

inner city big fun 2inner city big fun 1Big Fun is what Inner City claim to be having. But the original front cover artwork for their single doesn't really indicate what kind of fun this is and why it is so big. Instead it just offers us a skyline, possibly of Detroit, MI, their home town. On the remix we find two babes having a lot of fun together doing some foxy wrestling. How big is their fun? Well the babe on the top is very large, so their fun must be of an equal proportion. Disproportionate!

Family Man - Mike Oldfield

mike oldfield family man remixmike oldfield family man 1Leave me alone, I'm a Family Man, is what Mike Oldfield in this 1980s song. We give him some credit that on the original single front cover artwork, there is a woman dressed in red trying to tempt the family man with her wily charms. On the remix little has changed except that the woman in red is wearing far less red and the family man appears to be being tempted perhaps a little more readily (red-ily!) than on the original. Scarlet!

luther vandross so amazing 2luther vandross so amazing 1A second remix in a row for Luther Vandross and this time it is the single artwork for So Amazing that we are examining. On the original artwork we find a drawing of Mr Vandross once again with one of his trademark cheeky smiles on his face. On the remix we find another trademark remix as there is yet another babe who could be said to have never too much, and is certainly pretty amazing. It seems this is the kind of babe that Mr Vandross enjoys smiling at. We can't argue with that!

luther vandross never too much remixluther vandross never too much 1Luther Vandross sings to us that it is Never Too Much. Now from the original single cover artwork it would seem that whatever it is that is never too much is making Mr Vandross smile in a rather cheeky fashion. On the remix we find out why, as the thing that there is never too much of is the buxom bosom of a hot babe who has a lot but, if we are to believe Mr Vandross, still doesn't have too much. Bursting!

Crush On You - The Jets

jets crush on you 2jets crush on you 1What would it look like if someone had a Crush On You? Unfortunately the original single front cover artwork by The Jets does not enlighten the situation at all, unless having a crush on you looks like some yellow letters against a pink background. On the remix we find a babe who has a crush on the guy underneath her. Well, the guy must be being crushed a little given how big the babe is and the fact that she is sitting on him. Flatten!

Working Girl - Cheri

cheri working girl remixcheri working girl 1We are not completely sure what Cheri were thinking when they put together the original cover artwork for their single Working Girl. As far as we are aware, a working girl could refer to two possibilities: one - a girl performing a job, such as working in an office, or two - a lady of the night. We don't think the original artwork explains which of these are supposed to be right. The remix probably doesn't help, except that the babe could in fact conform to both definitions. Secretariat!

delegation heartache no 9 remixdelegation heartache no 9 1Delegation sing of Heartache No. 9 (Number Nine). But their original cover artwork only tells us that this heartache may have been caused be excess consumption of water, that has been poured out of a wine bottle into a cocktail glass. Odd. On the remix we find 9 babes, any one of which could cause significant heartache. So which number is your favorite? Is is laydee number 3, or is it heavenly number 7? Decisions, decisions!

Hammer To Fall - Queen

queen hammer to fall remixqueen hammer to fall 1As we often say at AllBum.Art, sometimes it is the title of a song that inspires a remix, and sometimes it is a piece of artwork. This remix of Hammer To Fall by Queen falls into the latter category. It is not helped by the fact that the original single cover artwork, although showing the band's impressive lighting rig, does not have a hammer anywhere to be seen. On the remix, though, we find two babes who, if their hammers were to fall, would cause untold injuries to a third. It is to be hoped that their hammers did not in fact fall, but they themselves fell over due to having to hold up such a heavy weight wearing naught but high heeled boots. Topple!

Another triple-play remix from us good folk at AllBum.Art and as it's St. Patrick's Day we thought we would celebrate by bringing you that famous Irish song Molly Malone as performed by the Dubliners. On the original cover artwork we find the band in a shade of green. Now that's OK, but it's not really hitting the St. Patrick's Day vibe. On the first remix we find a babe wearing an Irish hat. That's nearer the mark. On the second remix we find a babe wearing an Irish hat and carrying beer, standing next to an Irish man also wearing a hat. Now dat's more loik it, to be sure!

Ebony And Ivory - Paul McCartney And Stevie Wonder

mccartney wonder ebony ivory remixmccartney wonder ebony ivory 1You would think, would you not, that when two megastars such as Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder get together to make a song, they would also find a way to get together to make the single cover artwork. But on the cover of Ebony And Ivory, it is clear that the two were not in the same place when the picture was taken. On the remix we find two babes, on ebony, one ivory, who were unquestionably in the same place at the same time when the picture was taken. Their clothes, however, seem to have been somewhere else. Vanished!
