aggro santos candy remixaggro santos candy 1Candy, right? That is what Aggro Santos Featuring Kimberly Wyatt are singing about isn't it? Yes? Well why then, does the cover just feature Mr Santos and Ms Wyatt who appear to be cold, given that they are so well wrapped up? Where's the candy? Thankfully the remix of the cover artwork resolves this issue and we can see a piece of candy. Sadly, we've lost Mr Santos and Ms Wyatt in the process, but, as they say, that's the way the cookie crumbles. Hershey!

We Are All Prostitutes - The Pop Group

pop group we are all prostitutes remixpop group we are all prostitutes 1This doozy of a single was brought to our attention by Matt Tresh of Batley, England. Matt didn't offer to remix the cover of We Are All Prostitutes by The Pop Group, he just said it would surely make a good subject. We agree with you Matt and have taken the original cover and replaced the woman being exorcised with a whole gaggle of girls who, if they are not prostitutes, most surely look like they are. Hoe!

Trampolene - Julian Cope

julian cope trampolene remixjulian cope trampolene 1Now the question is this... Did Julian Cope purposefully mis-spell the word trampoline on the cover of his single Trampolene, or is he just dyslexic? The answer to this perplexing and rather pointless question is simple... who cares! Instead let's care about the content of the artwork itself and what better replacement is there for the remix than two babes bouncing on a trampoline, spelling mistake or not. Bounce!

Rhythmic Feet - AKB

akb rhythmic feet remixakb rhythmic feet 1A rather obscure disco album from the 1970s? Yes! Why? Because the original cover of Rhythmic Feet by AKB shows a babe in red high heels, wearing a red dress sitting on a piano. And? And, the remix shows the same. So? So the babe has aged a little since the 70s but seems to have remained in pretty good shape. Pretty? Yes, dressed like that, or should that be undressed like that, she still looks the part, don't you think? Keyboard!

Sexy Girl - Big Zero

big zero sexy girl remixbig zero sexy girl 1We couldn't decide whether Big Zero scored anything at all, or just a big fat zero, with the cover of their single Sexy Girl. OK, it shows a girl, but not everyone's idea of sexy is to have that girl painted as a leopard. Maybe we're wrong but we thought that a better sexy girl for a band called big zero would be to have the girl in question in zero clothes and zero degrees and would you believe it, that's just what the remix shows. Naught!

Fairies Wear Boots - Black Sabbath

black sabbath faeries wear boots remixblack sabbath faeries wear boots 1According to heavy metal gurus Black Sabbath, Fairies Wear Boots. But according to the cover of their single, what actually happens is that the band members stand around at dusk (or is it dawn) in a forest. Perhaps they are waiting to see if they can find any fairies. The remix helps them along as we focus in on a fairy who is sitting on a rock, and who is clearly wearing boots. Perhaps her name is Dawn? Dusk!

Hi Ho Silver Lining - Jeff Beck

jeff beck hi ho silver lining remixjeff beck hi ho silver lining 1Jeff Beck obviously believes that the most important thing to put on the cover of his single Hi Ho Silver Lining is... himself! OK Mr Beck, we can see how you could think that, and that does at least give you some points for effort, but there are so many better things that could be on the cover. Like a busty babe standing in front of a silver lining. Oh, wait, that's just what the remix shows, how lucky. Shiny!

virus moon remixvirus moon 1It's always a genuine pleasure to receive a submission from someone who visits the site. This time, Barry Coopland of England has provided us with a remix of Moon by Virus. Barry tells us:
This was a banger back in the day but the cover was shit. I put a topless babe on a beach on it instead.

You certainly did Barry, and we're glad you did as we agree that the original cover is on the dull side. Shine!

Saddle Up - David Christie

david christie saddle up 1david christie saddle up rem1xdavid christie saddle up rem2x
Saddle Up and ride your pony, is what David Christie tells us to do. But the original cover of his single only pays homage to Mr Christie himself and provides no indication of how, what, or who should be saddled. So AllBum.Art brings you another triple-play of remixes (well two remixes actually, and the original). The essence of both is much the same - grab some horse-play bondage gear and a whip and ride that pony. Trap?

Fantastic Day - Haircut 100

haircut 100 fantastic day 1haircut 100 fantastic day 2haircut 100 fantastic day remix
Haircut 100 sing about a Fantastic Day, but their original single cover artwork doesn't give any indication of why the day should be so fabulous. Our triple-play remix helps out. On the first remix we find a babe enjoying a sunny beach, which is also what the babe is doing on the second remix too. The main difference is only in their bikinis, or lack of, and their degrees of bustiness. Balloon!
