We think the picture on the original single cover artwork for It's Too Late by Quartz Introducing Dina Carroll is quite inventive showing, as it does, Ms Carroll superimposed on the face of a clock. But we can't tell if it's too late as the hands of the clock do not indicate what time it is. On the remix we find a babe who is clearly heavily pregnant but seems to be removing her panties as if to encourage us to go and join her on the sofa. But it is obviously too late for that kind of nonsense. Areola!
Does Donna Allen look Serious on the front cover artwork of her single? To be fair she does look very focused on something or other so maybe she should be taken seriously. On the remix we find a different babe who has a very serious look on her face. We are not sure why she is looking so earnest. Maybe it is because the top she is wearing appears to have gotten damaged and the part that was meant to cover her boobs is missing. Revealing!
An other remix for Sting. On the original single cover artwork for Spread A Little Happiness, we find a stylized drawing of Mr Sumner clasping his hands together in front of his face. On the remi-xxx (yes, another of our X-Rated remixes) we find a mature babe who has spread her happiness very wide and will no doubt bring joy to those who see her smiling face. What other joy she could spread is fairly clear for all to see. Happy!
What is missing from the original front cover artwork of Thru The Glass by Thirteen Senses is any clear indication of what is, in fact, thru the glass. The dirty grey rectangle on the cover may be meant to represent glass but it is actually clearer around the outside of it. On the remix we find that thru the glass is a pretty seaside view. Of course it depends which way you look through the glass because if you were standing on the other side looking through you would see a hot babe sitting on a chair wearing nothing but her high heels. Maritime!
When Mariah Carey sings Through The Rain, you can almost sense the raindrops on your back. But when you look at the original single cover artwork you only see Ms Carey, her name, the title of the song and a butterfly. On the remix we find a pert babe who is definitely enjoying herself through the rain, using it, as she seems to be, to take a shower. We kept the butterfly for good measure. Deluge!
Yet another remix for those Swedish songsters ABBA - in fact we have done so many remixes of their cover artwork that we could have dedicated a whole week to them. On the original front cover of When I Kissed The Teacher we find the band members sitting at a dining table enjoying a class of wine with a meal. Where's the teacher? Is this an educational establishment? On the remix we find a situation where poor Jonny is about to kiss his teacher. Why? She is posing naked on her classroom desk. Easy to see how that could happen. Blackboard!
We can fully understand why the Olympic Runners chose to picture Joan Collins on the original front cover of their single The Bitch, it was because Ms Collins was the star of the movie of the same name for which this song was the theme tune. All very sensible. All we have done for the remix is modernize the picture, replacing Ms Collins with a younger babe whose clothing style (all latex and corsets) makes her out to be a twenty-first century bitch. Handy!
Today's remix is for the original cover artwork from the front of Randy Edelman's song Pretty Girls. We will give whoever designed the cover half a point for attempting to show some pretty girls on the original cover. But they are so artistically faded that it's not clear whether they are pretty or not. On the remix we find two pretty girls who have not been faded out in any way and who are standing in front of some pretty scenery too. Bargain!
