Cover Artwork Remix of Squeeze Cool For Cats Original Cover Artwork of Squeeze Cool For Cats It's Cool For Cats, or at least it is according to Squeeze. The original cover of their single may have the two letter 'o's in the word 'cool' in the shape of cats' eyes but why is this so cool? On the remix we find a cool cat, in the form of a babe wearing cats' ears but little else, which is no doubt why she is so cool. Simple really when you think about it. Anyone fancy a squeeze? Tight!

I Believe In Father Christmas - Greg Lake

Cover Artwork Remix of Greg Lake I Believe In Father Christmas Original Cover Artwork of Greg Lake I Believe In Father Christmas For Christmas Day, what better than to remix an old seasonal classic as our gift to you. Here is Greg Lake with I Believe In Father Christmas. The original cover is festive in its own way, but leaves many questions unanswered, the main one being who is it that believes in old Santa Claus. The remix provides us with one answer, that being a cute young babe, sat by her Christmas tree, waiting for presents to be delivered. It may not be who Mr Lake was singing about, but it really doesn't matter. Happy Holiday!

It's Gonna Be A Cold Cold Christmas - Dana

Cover Artwork Remix of Dana Cold Cold Christmas Original Cover Artwork of Dana Cold Cold Christmas The thing about providing remixes of Christmas songs is that you have to find cover artwork to remix. What never ceases to amaze us (and this is the third Christmas here at AllBum.Art) is the sheer number of seasonal songs that there are. Whilst we wouldn't call It's Gonna Be A Cold Cold Christmas by Dana as a holiday hit, it does make good material for a remix. The remix gives an idea of what a cold Christmas might look like, at least for the poor naked yet colorful babe who has to spend it stuck outside in the snow. Icicles!

Father Christmas Do Not Touch Me - The Goodies

Cover Artwork Remix of Goodies Father Christmas Do Not Touch Me Original Cover Artwork of Goodies Father Christmas Do Not Touch Me Always nice to receive a user submitted entry, especially at Christmas. This one comes from Mike Stacey of Mansfield, England. Mike takes up the story:
The Goodies were a bunch of nutters who had a TV show. The gist of the song Father Christmas Do Not Touch Me is that 'he's a most immoral Santa', so I thought I'd make him immoral and a babe that he should definitely leave his hands off, so there's more for the rest of us.

Thanks Mike, a nice remix and a happy Christmas to all of our viewers in little ole England. Yum yum!

Please Come Home For Christmas - Eagles

Cover Artwork Remix of Eagles Please Come Home For Christmas Original Cover Artwork of Eagles Please Come Home For Christmas The Eagles were one of our featured week artists in 2015, so it seems appropriate to have another remix of their cover artwork in the holiday season. The original cover for Please Come Home For Christmas sees the band lazing around in the sun by a swimming pool. Though for some (for example fans of the band), that might be an enticing enough reason to go home for Xmas, the remix has been clinically shown to be over 800% more enticing in encouraging people to go home for the season. Obvious!

Cruel To Be Kind - Nick Lowe

Cover Artwork Remix of Nick Lowe Cruel To Be Kind Original Cover Artwork of Nick Lowe Cruel To Be Kind You've got to be Cruel To Be Kind, according to Nick Lowe. So here we go, being kind about the original single front cover artwork: Other than showing Mr Lowe holding his head in pain, there's nothing cruel or kind about it. It stinks! On the remix we find a babe who has been shackled to a metal fence and left out in the elements. That's very kind of someone to be so cruel don't you think? Tautology.

All Around My Hat - Steeleye Span

Cover Artwork Remix of Steeleye Span All Around My Hat Original Cover Artwork of Steeleye Span All Around My Hat Have we remixed a folk song before? We honestly can't remember, but All Around My Hat by Steeleye Span is unashamedly folky. The original cover looks like the band have been on some kind of mind melting medications. The remix is much more folky and far more straightforward and instead of the mind melting medications, we have a babe whose hat is bedecked (is that a word?) with vegetation of the most colorful nature. Maybe we should stick to making remixed artwork and not trying to speak in the floral folk vernacular. Jingle!

Forever Autumn - Justin Hayward

Cover Artwork Remix of Justin Hayward Forever Autumn Original Cover Artwork of Justin Hayward Forever Autumn Two remixes of the same song, no less. Yes, we have already remixed an earlier version of Forever Autumn, but today it is the turn of Justin Hayward to face the remix treatment. Mr Hayward's version comes from the epic musical, War Of The Worlds. On the original cover we find a scene from the story, with an alien podule having landed on some wasteland or other. On the remix we find a babe lying around in an autumnal forest scene. You can choose which version you like the best. Fall!

Magic Mandrake - Sarr Band

Cover Artwork Remix of Sarr Band Magic Mandrake Original Cover Artwork of Sarr Band Magic Mandrake In the days of vinyl, record sleeve designers had two options: 1. Cover up the hole in the middle. 2. Let the hole in the middle be used as part of the cover. In this case they chose option 2 and on the cover of Magic Mandrake by Sarr Band, we find a babe in red high heels, pulling her gold panties down. On the remix is much the same picture, and wouldn't you guess it, the hole in the middle has covered the answer to the question, do the collars and cuffs match. Blonde!

Keeper Of The Castle - Four Tops

Cover Artwork Remix of Four Tops Keeper Of The Castle Original Cover Artwork of Four Tops Keeper Of The Castle How does that old kiddies rhyme go, "I'm the king of the castle, and you're the dirty rascal"? And to some extent the original and remixed versions of the cover art for Keeper Of The Castle by the Four Tops follow a similar logic. On the original we see the band members standing in front of an urban castle. On the remix we see a babe protecting a more traditional medieval castle, though she is a little short on armor. The queen of the castle, and the dirty rascals? Schloss!
