dana dawson show me 2dana dawson show me 1What is it that Dana Dawson is referring to when she tells us to Show Me? She is clearly wishing us to show her something or other, but it's not clear what. Nor is she showing us anything much. On the remix we find a babe who seems very happy to show us, in this case to show us that she is happy to show her boobs to anyone in the neighborhood who wants to see them, whilst traveling along an escalator. Each to his or her own. Hark!

Run For Home - Lindisfarne

lindisfarne run for home remixlindisfarne run for home 1Now why would Lindisfarne Run For Home? The answer is that they wouldn't, it's their fans who do the running after having put up with several hours of their dreary music. On the original cover we can see the fans being bombarded by their terrible songs at a concert. On the remixed cover we see three girls who are so desperate to get home that they have left the concert at such speed that their clothes have fallen off. This seems to happen a lot, apparently. Dash!

Your Woman - White Town

white town your woman remixwhite town your woman 1Could there possibly be a cover for a single more boring and pointless than that for Your Woman by White Town? What do we learn from the original cover? Nothing, other than that someone in the band (or maybe a friend of theirs) thought that putting the title of the song and the name of the band in a boring green font, on a boring white background made sense. What they should have done is something more like our remix, which shows a guy looking up at a babe that may well not be his girl, but may be your woman. Our our woman. Or whatever. Either way she's very cute. Happy!

Don't Stop - Fleetwood Mac

fleetwood mac dont stop remixfleetwood mac dont stop 1Yawn. Why Yawn? The cover of Don't Stop by Fleetwood Mac. A man dressed in strides and a girl all ballerina like. Please stop them immediately as they're dull. Yes, don't... stop! Like in the remix where some guy seems to think it's a good idea to undress a babe who is a bit beyond the typical definition of a 'cougar' and is more of a 'dodo'. Please stop now while you have a change. Don't do it, stop. Or in short, don't... stop! Alarm!

The Banana Song - G.S.P.

gsp the banana song 2gsp the banana song 1When G.S.P. sing The Banana Song, there's plenty of banana mayhem to be had, as the song is a remix of the title of the theme tune of the late 60's children's program the Banana Splits. The fact that Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper and Snork appear on the original cover artwork is not, therefore, that surprising. The remix does away with the original cast and instead we find a cute babe holding some bananas, which is, we think, an equally valid picture for the cover of the song. Musa!

Ballerina Girl - Lionel Richie

lionel richie ballerina girl remixlionel richie ballerina girl 1Another remix for the ever popular Lionel Richie as his songs make great subjects for remixing. On the original cover artwork for Ballerina Girl, we find Mr Richie relaxing in a matching periwinkle t-shirt and mauve jacket. Now maybe he is watching a ballerina girl, but she isn't on the cover artwork. At least she isn't until we get to the remix, where unfortunately Mr Richie has been lost in favor of a ballerina, which makes sense, given the title of the song. Twirl!

Glitterball - Simple Minds

simple minds glitterball remixsimple minds glitterball 1When Simple Minds sing about a Glitterball, you might expect that there would be some indication of the glitterball on the cover of their single. But no, instead we find the band walking in front of a number of car garages which makes no real sense at all. Thankfully, us here at AllBum.Art have provided a remix that does have a glitterball on it, and to go with it is a babe holding it still so that it doesn't roll off. Handy!

Fly Me High - Linda Jo Rizzo

linda jo rizzo fly me high remixlinda jo rizzo fly me high 1The second remix provided to us by Giuseppe from Taranto, for artist Linda Jo Rizzo. This is a remix that can apply both to her 1989 single and her 2015 album which are, apparently, both called Fly Me High. The original cover once again features Ms Rizzo, this time replete with many pearl necklaces. The remix finds a babe at a check-in desk at an airport whose encouragement to fly her high is far more tempting than that of Ms Rizzo, even if we do say so ourselves. Thanks for the remixes Giuseppe. Italia!

Heartflash (Tonight) - Linda Jo Rizzo

linda jo rizzo heartflash remixlinda jo rizzo heartflash 1We know nothing about Linda Jo Rizzo, but that is not true of Giuseppe who writes to us from Taranto, Italy with a couple of remixes of Ms Rizzo's songs. The first is for Heartflash (Tonight) in which we find Ms Rizzo looking very 1980s. In the remix, we find a mature looking vixen who is at a party and is flashing her heart, and lots more too. We could be wrong, but her neck choker appears to suggest that she is in the mood for some serious heart flashing. Cambio!

(Must You Always) Tease Me - Keith Kelly

keith kelly must you always tease me 2keith kelly must you always tease me 1(Must You Always) Tease Me? That is the question posed by Keith Kelly. Now on the cover of Mr Kelly's single, we see a happy yet intrigued looking Mr Kelly and the question is, what or who is doing the teasing (always). The remix turns the camera around 180 degrees so that we can see what or who it is that is doing the teasing. Now it is clear why Mr Kelly is looking so intrigued and happy on the original cover artwork. Smile!
