Hmmm... What exactly are Booker T And The MG's up to on the cover of their 1969 single Soul Limbo? They are standing around on a beach, hidden under some pillars staring at a hot ebony babe in a white bikini. Just what are they expecting to happen next. And where's any accoutrements necessary for limbo dancing? Only one of those questions is answered in the remix of the cover for the single. What happens next is that the hot ebony babe is replaced by an even hotter one. Scorching!

Of course not everyone can get to a beach in the summer. There are those who are so far inland that instead they rely on rivers and lakes to find a bit of outdoor liquid refreshment on a hot sunny day. At The River by Groove Armada is an odd combination in that the title is about rivers, but the song talks of sand dunes and salty air. Either way, the original cover doesn't help as it shows the shore of something, but is it a river, a lake or the sea. Thankfully the remix does help. At least it helps put a hot babe in a cool river. Torrential!

You Are The Sunshine Of My Life, or so says Stevie Wonder. On the original cover for the single we see Mr Judkins smiling in his inimitable way, singing along into a microphone. But just who is he singing about, and why does she light up his life so. The remixed cover shows the answer. She is a hot babe in a bikini which, well let's just say, barely covers her modesty. But maybe modesty isn't her strong point. Barely!

We are willing to give the artist that prepared the artwork for Summer Paradise by Simple Plan Feat. Sean Paul, a bronze star for their effort. They at least captured the feel of what a summer paradise might look like. They would have got a silver star if they had included a picture of the artists singing the song. And a gold star if they had done both. We award ourselves just a silver star as we haven't included the artists but have added what we think a summer paradise should have - a sexy babe in a bikini. Sultry!

Oddly for such an obscure act, this is our second remix of the artwork for a single by Pizzaman - this time it's for Trippin' On Sunshine. As you can clearly see the original cover for the single is downright appalling. It shows nothing at all. Nix. Nil. Zero. Zilch. Our remix shows a naked babe who is out in the sunshine and seems to have tripped over. As a result of her having tripped over she seems to have ended up in a position where the ebb and flow of the tide is taking her somewhere else. So as well as tripping on the sand, she is tripping on the sea. Clumsy!

If ever there were a song that was written for endless dodgy remixes it must be Sex On The Beach by T-Spoon. But not only have we provided you with one remix, but two! The original cover shows the band in true 1990s style, but (maybe because it was too risque even in the '90s) no indication of what sex on the beach might be. Obviously it is a cocktail made with vodka and peach schnapps, but you and we both know that that is not what they are singing about. Our first remix provides a view of what sex on a beach might look like from the eye of a beholder in a perfect world. A taut ass and the sea lapping at the short. The second remix is more realistic as we see that sand has gotten everywhere and can surely not make the experience that comfortable. Scratchy!

Which song better reflects the glory of summers gone than Summer Of '69 by Bryan Adams? Perhaps none. But the original cover of the single gives no indication of what the summer of that particular year might have looked like. Now there are obvious remixes of covers with the number sixty-nine in them that we could have chosen but instead we have found a picture that could not be more relevant if it tried. In it we see a naked babe, on a beach, with a six-string as Mr Adams laments about in the opening line to the song. And why is this so relevant? The fact that the picture was taken in 1969! Indisputable!

Wowser! Four remixes of the same cover. Whaaat! Yes, it's true, when we came to remix the cover of the single Sun Is Shining by Bob Marley Vs. Funkstar De Luxe, we got completely torn for choice over exactly what the remix should look like. And rather than us decide, we here at AllBum.Art have provided the original (showing Mr Marley but very little sun, other than a tiny picture of a beach in the top right corner) and four possible alternative covers for you to choose from, all featuring sexy black babes that we feel Mr Marley would have definitely approved of. Indecisive!

A song so obscure that it doesn't even have a proper single cover, Let The Sun Shine Thru is an uplifting summer sound that deserves to be better known, even if Richard F Feat. Samantha Stocks remain locked away in the production studio. To help them, we have remixed the cover to let the sun truly shine thru by way of a sexy babe in a bikini that not only leaves little to the imagination but also shows just where the sun might shine if only the bikini were not there. We're very much enjoying our summer vacation and all of the remixes associated with it. As it is, we are lounging on the shore and who should walk past us but some sexy stranger. And of course, that is almost certainly what Mr Acker Bilk had in mind when he penned Stranger On The Shore. Unfortunately the cover of his 1961 single does not reflect this, but our remix does.
