Big Fun - Inner City

Cover Artwork Remix of Inner City Big Fun Original Cover Artwork of Inner City Big Fun Big Fun is what Inner City claim to be having. But the original front cover artwork for their single doesn't really indicate what kind of fun this is and why it is so big. Instead it just offers us a skyline, possibly of Detroit, MI, their home town. On the remix we find two babes having a lot of fun together doing some foxy wrestling. How big is their fun? Well the babe on the top is very large, so their fun must be of an equal proportion. Disproportionate!

Beauty On A Back Street - Hall & Oates

Cover Artwork Remix of Hall And Oates Beauty On A Back Street Original Cover Artwork of Hall And Oates Beauty On A Back Street Another remix for that intrepid duo, Hall & Oates. This time it is the turn of their 1977 album Beauty On A Back Street to get remixed. The original album front cover artwork shows Mr Hall and Mr Oates looking somewhat furtive on a dinghy back street somewhere. Certainly there is no beauty in sight. On the remix we find a beauty on a back street in the form of a babe who, for some unexplained reason, chooses to hang around back streets in naught but her high heel shoes. Go figure!

Shape Of My Heart - Backstreet Boys

Cover Artwork Remix of Backstreet Boys Shape Of My Heart Original Cover Artwork of Backstreet Boys Shape Of My Heart We are very disappointed by the Backstreet Boys. The original single cover artwork is so boring and uninventive that they were either on a cost-cutting mission, or were just very pressed for time when they put it together. We have tried to help them improve this (for free too!) and on the remix we find a woman whose head is covered in a hood that shows us the shape of her heart. Given the skimpy string bikini she is half wearing, we can almost see the shape of lots of other parts of her too. Constraints!

So Amazing - Luther Vandross

Cover Artwork Remix of Luther Vandross So Amazing Original Cover Artwork of Luther Vandross So Amazing A second remix in a row for Luther Vandross and this time it is the single artwork for So Amazing that we are examining. On the original artwork we find a drawing of Mr Vandross once again with one of his trademark cheeky smiles on his face. On the remix we find another trademark remix as there is yet another babe who could be said to have never too much, and is certainly pretty amazing. It seems this is the kind of babe that Mr Vandross enjoys smiling at. We can't argue with that!

Change - Lisa Stansfield

Cover Artwork Remix of Lisa Stansfield Change Original Cover Artwork of Lisa Stansfield Change Nothing illustrates a song with the title of Change more accurately than having the singer, in this case Lisa Stansfield squatting on the roof of a building. Well, when we say nothing, we obviously mean that what would be better would be to have a babe who is changing her clothes which is what you find on the remix. Why she has chosen to change in the middle of a busy street is anyone's guess. We can only presume that she was so desperate to change that she couldn't wait to do it somewhere less public. Altered!

Cover Artwork Remix of Shakatak Invitations Original Cover Artwork of Shakatak Invitations Ending the week of our Shakatak remixes, we bring you the cover of Invitations, both the single and album of the same name. On the original artwork we find a babe wearing a slightly see-through dress standing on a misty lake. That could be classified as inviting. On the remix we find a babe in a very see-through swimsuit resting by the ocean. Is she more inviting or less? That's for you to decide. Tempting!

Cover Artwork Remix of Shakatak Night Birds Original Cover Artwork of Shakatak Night Birds Time for a short run of remixes for Shakatak, starting with their song Night Birds. On the original cover of the single (from the album of the same name) we find a couple of birds flying over an icy landscape at night though they appear to be pterodactyls. On the remix we find a couple of different birds flying over an equally chilly looking landscape, and again at night. No dinosaurs here though. Launch!

Another triple-play for you today, from none other than Richard Marx and his song Right Here Waiting. On the original single front cover artwork we find Mr Marx leaning against a wall, and to be fair to him, it does appear that he is waiting for something or other. On the first of the remixes, we find a babe in a similar stance, waiting to see who it is that is approaching her over her shoulder. On the second remix we find yet another babe but this time she is waiting by the harbor and whilst she has been patiently waiting it seems that her clothes have blown away in the breeze. Windy!

One Drink Too Many - Sailor

Cover Artwork Remix of Sailor One Drink Too Many Original Cover Artwork of Sailor One Drink Too Many We think Sailor may have had One Drink Too Many when putting together the original single front cover artwork for their song as we find the band members standing around with their instruments but with no drink in sight. On the remix we find a babe with a bottle in her hand, glugging down what seems to be some kind of alcoholic fruit drink based on the fuzzy picture on the bottle. How do we know she has had one drink too many? We don't, but the fact that she appears to be naked is a clue of a kind. Cider!

Cover Artwork Remix of Automatic Monster Original Cover Artwork of Automatic Monster What could that be coming over the hill, it is a Monster? That is the question that The Automatic ask us. The original single cover artwork suggests that it could be some kind of green potion swilling creature. The remix shows an 'orrible monster in the form of a babe who appears to have tattooed a spider's web on her lips and skull and crossbone on her arms. Goodness only knows what other tattoos she has, and goodness is welcome to that. Blood!
