first choice let no man put asunder remixfirst choice let no man put asunder 1What a cute play on words. When First Choice sing Let No Man Put Asunder, they could equally be singing Let No Man Put Us Under. See what they did there? Well let's see what we did on the remix as we replaced the skin-tight leotard wearing band members with a wedding which doesn't look like it's going to get off to a non asundering start, what with the bride and her maids showing where they have already been asundered. Under!

Fire Brigade - The Move

the move fire brigade remixthe move fire brigade 1Having seen our recent The Move regular contributor Phil Darnall of England sent us this remix of Fire Brigade. Phil tells us that in England on 5 November there are lots of fires built and burned all over the country to celebrate the fact that the government was not burned down in the sixteenth century. Those crazy Brits and their wacky history. On the original single cover artwork we see the band looking nothing if not cold. On the remix we find two babes desperately in need of the fire brigade as they appear to be stuck on a burning boat. Bonfire!

Boogie Down - Blackwell

blackwell boogie down 2blackwell boogie down 1It can be disappointing to stumble across the artwork for an album which really doesn't need remixing, as where's the fun in that. So the cover for Boogie Down by Blackwell, which already features two naked babes, really does not require a remix. That doesn't mean we can't try, and on the remix we have increased the number of babes but otherwise left most things unchanged. Is it better? Who cares - we don't. Triple!

New Shoes - Paolo Nutini

paolo nutini new shoes remixpaolo nutini new shoes 1So, Paolo Nutini wishes to regale us with his song about New Shoes does he? That's as maybe, but taking a look at the cover artwork of his single, we can't even see if he is wearing shoes, let alone how aged they are. On the remix we find a babe wearing very shiny high heel shoes. Are they new? Well they are certainly shiny, so we will give her the benefit of the doubt. And lots more too. Reflection!

Wicked Game - Chris Isaak

chris isaak wicked game 2chris isaak wicked game 1What a Wicked Game you play, that is what Chris Isaak sings. But does the cover artwork for his single explain anything about the nature of this game? It doesn't (other than, perhaps, having made Mr Isaak seem a little glum). The remix shows us more of the game, which appears to involve taping up naked babes in some kind of dungeon area. So the real question is, why would such a game make Mr Isaak appear so glum, as it doesn't have that effect on us. Spanking!

evanescence bring me to life remixevanescence bring me to life 1Halloween might be over, so it's time to revive those flagging senses and what reinvigorate the body. In effect you need to Bring Me To Life, which Evanescence can help us with. The thing is, on the original cover, the band member facing us seems more deadly than alive. To be fair, on the remix, the babe facing us also looks less than spritely but the look in her eyes brings certain parts of the male anatomy to life, without a doubt. Viagra!

Halloween - Misfits

misfits halloween 2misfits halloween 1Halloween is finally upon us, as fiendish ghouls and ghastly fiends take to the streets. The Misfits provide us with today's appropriately titled remix. On the original cover we find the band members looking suitably monochrome and blurred. On the remix we find a Halloween misfit, in the shape of a busty babe in a devil's outfit. Actually, she's not really that much of a misfit as she would not really stand out among all the other outfits that other misfits are likely to wear for parties on this dastardly day. Whooo!

suzi quatro devil gate drive remixsuzi quatro devil gate drive 1As the devilish day approaches, we continue our series of Halloween remixes with Devil Gate Drive by Suzi Quatro. On the original cover we find Ms Quatro standing on top of three folk who seem to be clawing at here. But where is the gate? It's on the remix of course, where a mature babe has found the gate concerned where the devil has already begun to have his way with her by making all her clothes fall off. Well, all except her high heels for some reason. Cast!

no doubt spiderwebs 2no doubt spiderwebs 1Our short season of Halloween remixes continues with Spiderwebs by No Doubt. On the original cover we find the band members trying to look spooky against the backdrop of a spider's web which has clearly been airbrushed in afterwards. Poor show! On the remix we find a babe who appears to be connected to a metal spiderweb made of chains. Now just how scary must the spider that spun that particular web be? Maybe he was a robot from Planet M? Steel!

Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps) - David Bowie

david bowie scary monsters remixdavid bowie scary monsters 1Another in this week's series of Halloween remixes by none other than David Bowie. His album Scary Monsters and his single Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps) makes ideal material for a remix, not least because the original cover isn't particularly scary or creepy at all. On the remix, though, we find a babe being chased by all manner of scary creeps and super monsters and as they have been coming for her, it seems she has found that the best way to fend them off is to pull her panties down. Now in most cases, people use garlic and crosses to fend of monsters but if this works, who are we to intervene. Experiment!
