This remix of Doop by Doop is just a thinly veiled excuse to use a picture of a thinly veiled pin-up babe. Beyond that there's not much to add except to say, 'doop doop deeby dabby doo-doo-doop' ad nauseum until such time as the song is so deeply engraved in your brain that the only thing you can think of day, night and all times inbetween is doop and yet you don't actually know what doop means which makes it all the more doopy. Doop!

Today we're talkin' 'bout My Girl, by Otis Redding. Red, they say, is the color of passion, which is probably why Mr Redding is pictured against a red background. Either that, or whoever designed the cover of the single recognized the connection between red and Mr Redding's name. In the remix we see the girl about who he is singing. Also in red. It's clear to see why he would want to sing about her and be so possessive with all that 'my girl' tangent, isn't it? Scarlet!

Not the first remix of a song by The Cheeky Girls, nor will it be the last as we have another one tomorrow (don't ask why). The good thing about these crazy Romanian girls is that they provide the material for the remix of their own songs. In the original cover of Cheeky Song (Touch My Bum) we see the girls shying away from actually touching each other's bums. A photoshoot that they did for a top shelf magazine provides the ideal remix material. Obvious!

Another fanmade entry, this time from Jackson Penge of North Carolina. Jackson says that although the picture on the original cover of The Love I Lost by Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes shows the band singing, it isn't blue and it is not evident who the lost lover is. He says of his remix that the girl in the picture is the love that is lost and that contrary to what might be expected the problem is that she has been lost, and can not find her way home. How careless!

Run Till U Shine. What does that mean exactly? Unfortunately, the original single cover of this track by Andrew Bennett Feat. Sir Adrian does not help at all. A cartoon angel, sitting on a cartoon cloud, wearing cartoon headphones and clicking his/her fingers to the music. Great. But where's the running and shining? Heaven only knows! The remix solves this completely as we a see a beautiful bikini-clad babe running along a beach in the sunshine. Beauty!

The original single cover artwork for Strings Of Life (Stronger On My Own) by Soul Central Feat. Kathy Brown shows what exactly? The nose and lips of who? Maybe it's Kathy Brown but this is not clear. It is also not clear how the strings are to make things stronger. Thankfully, we at AllBum.Art have been able to illustrate how the strings were meant to work. As you can see, the otherwise naked babe has been tied up. The strings give support to her torso and make her stronger. On her own. Knotty!

Wasn't it some children's TV program that began with the poem, 'Everybody, Verybody, Erybody, Rybody, Ybody, Body, Ody, Dy, Y'? Whoever wrote that poem might have been listening to Everybody Everybody by Black Box. But what they wouldn't have done is learned who everybody is, because on the cover there is just the one, not the many. Of course the remixed album artwork fixes this and now we see not jusy anybodies but manybodies. Touche!

Not the first remix for Swedish songsters ABBA, Summer Night City follows the story of four 1970s pop stars who smile a lot and have problems closing their lips when they have their pictures taken, have too much facial hair, long hairstyles and some of whom wear red hoods in the daytime. What? That can't be right. No, it's not! The correct story, now told in the remixed single cover art, is of four drunken babes in skin-tight purple latex tankinis. Slippy!

It's been a while since we brought you a triple-whammy remix, but this overplayed 1980s song by Chris De Burgh both deserved, and badly needed it. The premise for our remixes of the cover artwork for The Lady In Red is simple. Replace the badly drawn splodge of a picture on the original cover for... wait for it... a lady, in red. There's two for you to choose from. In one the lady is wearing a red bra, on the other it's a red latex catsuit. Whichever takes your fancy! Lipstick!

We had never heard of Alvin Stardust either until we received this submission from Tony Peterson of Birmingham, England. Tony tells us that he was inspired by our remix of Red Dress by another British band, the Sugababes. This is a remix of Mr Stardust's 1974 single of the same name of which Tony says, 'the original cover had little red, and no dress and I wanted to fix it'. We think you've done a good job Tony.
