Cover Artwork Remix of Michael Jackson Dirty Diana Original Cover Artwork of Michael Jackson Dirty Diana Another remix for Michael Jackson, this time for his song Dirty Diana. On the original single front cover artwork all we can see are Mr Jackson's rather flamboyant cowboy boots. What is it that he is looking at? Why, it might be the babe on the remix whose name may or may not be Diana. One thing is for certain, though, being covered in mud, she is most definitely dirty. The fact that she is naked in the mud makes her doubly dirty. Sludge!

Wired For Sound - Cliff Richard

Cover Artwork Remix of Cliff Richard Wired For Sound Original Cover Artwork of Cliff Richard Wired For Sound Cliff Richard claims to be Wired For Sound. On the original single front cover artwork, he is at least standing in front of a microphone which presumably is wired up to some equipment, though it could be a radio microphone in which case it would be wireless. Then again, it was the 1980s so, yes, it's more likely to be wired. On the remix we find a babe standing on a rooftop wearing headphones that are not wireless, as the wire can clearly be seen casting a shadow on her body. And wouldn't you know it, her wireless bra has fallen off, as have many other of her clothes. Bluetooth!

Strictly Business - EPMD

Cover Artwork Remix of Epmd Strictly Business Original Cover Artwork of Epmd Strictly Business Strictly Business is both an album and a single by EPMD. The original cover artwork shows the two band members lazing about in their recording studio. A nice touch is that they are wearing matching black and white sweat-shirts. The remix is much more business-like, as we find a mature babe in the office with sales charts behind her. It looks as if sales are doing badly, so she has resorted to wearing only lingerie as an encouragement to buy whatever it is they are selling. Sold!

I Feel For You - Chaka Khan

Cover Artwork Remix of Chaka Khan I Feel For You Original Cover Artwork of Chaka Khan I Feel For You I Feel For You by Chaka Khan is both an album and a single. The original front cover artwork provides an 80s stylized drawing of the face and hand of Ms Khan, her hand, in some interpretations, could be feeling her face. On the remix we find someone feeling someone else, or is it the same person feeling themselves? Do they feel for you, or are they feeling for me, or even them? It's not that clear, so perhaps sticking to the original cover picture is less uncertain times. Ice cream!

Show Me Heaven - Maria McKee

Cover Artwork Remix of Maria Mckee Show Me Heaven Original Cover Artwork of Maria Mckee Show Me Heaven Maria McKee makes a big thing, on the original single cover artwork for Show Me Heaven, that the song is taken from the motion picture soundtrack Days Of Thunder. What is less apparent is any sign of heaven. On the remix we find a babe who is showing heaven in her own way. That way is by wearing a halo and standing around in a skimpy, and even in places see-through, outfit that kind of has angel wings. Heavenly!

People Are Strange - Echo And The Bunnymen

Cover Artwork Remix of Echo And The Bunnymen People Are Strange Original Cover Artwork of Echo And The Bunnymen People Are Strange It's not just that People Are Strange, but taking a look at the front cover artwork for this single by Echo And The Bunnymen, it's also the designer's notion of what a cover might look like that is strange. Wearing a fruit bowl for a hat is obviously what passed for strange in the 1980s. The remix doesn't change this idea, but instead of wearing a fruit bowl as a hat, we find a babe who is wearing one as a bra, which is handy as she is in dire need of one. Odd!

Head Over Heels - The Go-go's

Cover Artwork Remix of Gogos Head Over Heels Original Cover Artwork of Gogos Head Over Heels There are a surprising number of songs that are about being Head Over Heels, several of which we, at AllBum.Art have remixed. Today is is the turn of The Go-Go's version. You could not fail to miss the name of the band on the original single front cover artwork, emblazoned as it is, in garish 80's colors. The title of the song is tucked away at the top, but equally visible. But no head, and no heels. On the remix a babe has her head over her heels, but also her ass is over her head, and as for the rest of her body, it's all over the place. Stretch!

I Think We're Alone Now - Tiffany

Cover Artwork Remix of Tiffany I Think Were Alone Now Original Cover Artwork of Tiffany I Think Were Alone Now Do you think we're alone now? Tiffany does when she sings I Think We're Alone Now. On the original single front cover artwork Ms Darwish is, without question, alone now, or so we think. On the remix, a babe is not alone, but the dude standing in front of her has probably suggested that they are alone. The babe, on the other hand, looks slightly alarmed at the prospect of being alone with the dude. That said, her sexy clothes suggest she is not unused to being alone with various dudes. Solitude!

Hold Me Now - Thompson Twins

Cover Artwork Remix of Thompson Twins Hold Me Now Original Cover Artwork of Thompson Twins Hold Me Now Hold Me Now, hold you now, hold me before, hold you again, none of this helps when the original single front cover artwork by The Thomson Twinsjust shows the three band members not touching, let alone holding, anyone or anything. And they clearly are not twins either. On the remix, two twins (or is that one set of twins?) are standing next to each other, holding each other. Is it now, before or again? Then or thereafter? Does it matter when the twins are wearing nothing but their high heel sandals? Ukraine!

Train Of Thought - A-Ha

Cover Artwork Remix of A Ha Train Of Thought Original Cover Artwork of A Ha Train Of Thought While we are on the subject of terrible single covers to do with trains, here come A-Ha and their song Train Of Thought. On the original front cover artwork is a sketchy drawing of the band members, the title of the song, the name of the band and some odd yellow and red squiggles. On the remix is a babe, sitting on a track, deep in thought. Perhaps she is thinking, 'where did I put my clothes?' as she seems to have forgotten to wear any, other than a pair of red high heel shows. Food for thought too? Strawberry!
